Drone Videography for Phuket Property

My villa in Phuket needs a striking visual showcase for an upcoming real-estate listing. I want a combination of sweeping aerial passes over the entire plot and close-up, detail-rich shots of key features such as the infinity pool, landscaped gardens and indoor-outdoor living areas. All footage must be captured on site with your drone and stabilised camera gear.

Once filming is complete, I’d like you to craft a fully edited promotional video—colour-graded, trimmed, set to royalty-free music and enhanced with tasteful transitions or text where it helps buyers understand the space. I will also need the high-resolution raw clips for archival use.

Deliverables
• Raw 4K drone and ground camera footage (aerial & detailed shots)
• 60-90 second finished video, ready for online real-estate platforms, complete with music, titles and light effects
• Optional short teasers (15 s / 30 s) for social media if time permits

Please plan for one half day on site; I can arrange access and suggest ideal shoot windows for lighting. If you already fly with DJI Air 3/Avata, Mavic series or similar, note that in your proposal. Licensed drone pilots with a local CAA permit will be prioritised.
