DreamHost Email & DNS Setup

I need a clean, one-time configuration of two addresses that sit on a single DreamHost mailbox. The first address is the real mailbox; the second should forward into it. Once that is in place, I want the mailbox added to Outlook (I’m on Outlook 2016 or later) so messages send and receive correctly.

Because I currently read mail through DreamHost Webmail, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC have never been touched. I need those three records published for both domains in the DreamHost DNS panel and verified as valid.

The landing-page form (Forms-Free) must send its notification to the primary mailbox, with the Reply-To header set to the visitor’s address so I can answer them directly from Outlook.

Deliverables – I will consider the job complete when:
• Both addresses deliver to the same DreamHost mailbox and appear as separate “From” choices in Outlook.
• Outlook sends/receives without errors and shows the visitor’s address in Reply-To on form submissions.
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are live, passing at least one online checker for each domain.
• A brief note outlines the exact DNS entries and any credentials changed for my records.
