I have a collection of survey forms that have been scanned to image files. Some portions are neatly typed, others are handwritten, and every field in each image must be transcribed into the corresponding online survey form I will provide.

Your task is straightforward but demands care:
– Open each scanned image, read every response—whether typed or handwritten—and enter it accurately into the matching field of the web-based survey.
– Preserve original spelling, capitalization, and punctuation; do not “correct” responses.
– Flag any illegible words in a separate comment box that sits next to each record so I can review them easily.

You will receive:
• A folder of the scanned survey images, numbered in the exact order they need to be processed.
• Login credentials and a short video showing how the web form works.

I measure success by 100 % completion of the assigned batch and an error rate below 1 % on random spot-checks. If accuracy slips, I will return the batch for revision, so attention to detail is crucial.
