I need a detailed Appeal Index prepared for a matter in the Federal Circuit and Family Court. I already have the court-approved template, so your first step will be to work within that layout and observe the relevant filing rules and page-number conventions.
Because I am still clarifying exactly which materials the Court will require, I’m looking for someone who understands the usual inclusions—pleadings, orders, affidavits, exhibits, transcript references—and can advise what should and should not make the final list. In short, you will:
• Review my template and matter file.
• Identify and organise the documents that properly belong in an Appeal Index.
• Produce a clean, paginated draft in both Word and searchable PDF, ready for e-filing.
Practical experience with Australian family-law appeal books will be highly regarded, and accuracy is critical; I want the draft returned free of citation or formatting errors so it can be lodged without further edits. If you have capacity to start immediately and can meet tight court deadlines, please let me know your timeframe with your proposal.
