I’m building a Web3 project that needs immediate traction and a vibrant, self-sustaining community. To get there, I’m assembling a small task-force of specialists across growth, community and content.

First, I need a Growth & Marketing Specialist whose single north star is user acquisition. Your battleground will be Twitter: crafting data-driven campaigns, leveraging threads, spaces and targeted ads to funnel qualified wallets into our ecosystem, then analysing each conversion loop so we can double down on what works.

Running in parallel, a Community Manager (plus Level-1 and Level-2 Ambassadors) will design and execute a calendar of on-chain and IRL community events—game-nights, AMAs, pop-up quests, whatever sparks participation. The goal is to transform new sign-ups into loyal advocates.

Content creators and experimental KOLs / influencer partners round out the crew, providing the narrative fuel—short-form video, memes, deep-dive articles—that amplifies every milestone we hit.

Deliverables
• Growth roadmap with weekly Twitter KPIs
• Event playbook and execution timeline
• Content assets aligned with each campaign
• Post-campaign analytics report and next-step recommendations

All work is collaborative in public Notion docs and tracked through Sprint boards for clarity. If you thrive on rapid iteration and know how to turn impressions into active wallet addresses, let’s talk.
