I am preparing to ask the U.S. District Court to appoint counsel for me because I cannot afford an attorney, and I want the paperwork done correctly the first time. What I need from you is two-fold:

1. Draft a persuasive Motion to Appoint Counsel that satisfies Federal Rule 83.1 and any local rules for the court where my case is pending. The motion should clearly explain my financial hardship, reference the relevant legal standards, and include a supporting declaration and proposed order.

2. File that motion through the court’s CM/ECF system so it appears on the docket with a valid electronic confirmation. Please handle the certificate of service and make sure every required attachment (exhibits, notice, proposed order) uploads without error.

If you have prior federal e-filing experience and know how to format documents to pass the system’s PDF checks, this should be straightforward. Once filed, send me the timestamped confirmation notice and a copy of the entered document so I can track it.

I’m ready to move quickly and will provide my case number, login credentials (or secondary filer access), and any background facts you need as soon as we agree on the engagement.
