I’m developing a compact consumer-electronics product and now need a production-ready, double-layer PCB. I already have a partial component short-list (core MCU, power-management IC and a couple of sensors) but I’m open to your suggestions for supporting passives, protection devices and connectors that will keep cost and board real-estate under control.

You will start from my block diagram and mechanical envelope, turn it into a complete schematic, then lay out a two-layer board that respects standard DFM rules for the major fabs (JLCPCB, PCBWay, etc.). Please route for low-noise operation—this gadget sits beside RF-speakers, so clean ground planes, controlled trace widths and sensible decoupling are important.

Deliverables
• Editable schematic and PCB layout files (Altium, KiCad or Eagle—whichever you’re fastest with)
• Gerber/drill set ready for fabrication
• BOM with manufacturer part numbers and indicative pricing/availability
• Simple assembly drawing and PDF print set

I’ll review each milestone (schematic → placement → final routing) within 24 h so we can iterate quickly and get to a board spin without delay.
