Doorstep Sweepstakes Winner Representative

I’m looking for a personable professional who can meet our sweepstakes winners at their homes, walk them through the official notification, and smoothly guide them to claim their prize.

During each visit I’ll rely on you to:
• Clearly explain the winning notification, answering any questions right on the spot
• Collect all required identification or paperwork, checking everything for accuracy
• Offer practical assistance so the winner can complete every prize-collection step without confusion

Because you’ll be the face of our brand in a very exciting moment for the customer, excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail are non-negotiable. Prior customer service experience is essential—you should already know how to keep conversations friendly, professional, and reassuring when emotions run high.

You’ll submit a brief visit report and scanned copies of the collected documents immediately after each appointment so our internal team can finalize the payout.
