Informative Webinar Email Series

I’m gearing up for a tech-product webinar and need a concise email sequence that strictly focuses on keeping my audience in the loop rather than hard-selling the event. The copy should read conversational yet authoritative, guiding readers through the agenda, the topics we’ll cover, and any technical setup they’ll need on the day.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• 3–4 separate emails: a welcome/confirmation after sign-up, two pre-webinar updates, and one day-of reminder.
• Each email should include an attention-grabbing subject line, short preview text, and clear body copy that highlights the agenda and topics, plus a short section on technical requirements (e.g., supported browsers, headset tips, download links).
• I’ll supply logos, colors, and preferred fonts—please leave placeholders so I can drop these into Mailchimp or HubSpot without re-formatting.
• Tone must stay informative and personable; no pushy calls to register since recipients are already on the list.
• Final delivery as editable Google Docs plus HTML snippets if you’re comfortable providing them.
