Dolibarr Product Data Entry

I have an up-to-date Excel/CSV file containing well over 200 products that now need to live in my Dolibarr ERP/CRM. Every item already has its SKU, description, price, tax rate, and stock level defined; what I need is accurate transfer into Dolibarr so the catalogue is immediately usable for quotes, orders, and inventory tracking.

You’ll receive:
• The Excel/CSV file
• Access to my Dolibarr instance (latest stable version)

Your task is to import or manually enter each product, double-checking that all compulsory fields populate correctly and that the data displays as expected on the product list. If you prefer the built-in import wizard, great—just be certain the field mapping is flawless. If manual entry is safer for a subset, that’s fine too; the end result must be 100 % consistent with the spreadsheet.

Acceptance criteria
• Every product visible in Dolibarr with matching SKU, name, description, price, tax class, and stock quantity
• No duplicate records
• Spot checks (I’ll sample at random) show zero discrepancies between Dolibarr and the source file
• A brief hand-off note describing any data anomalies you encountered and how you resolved them

Ideally you have prior experience with Dolibarr’s import tools or at least solid familiarity with ERP product modules and spreadsheets. The job is ready to start as soon as we agree on timing.
