Stellar Cold Caller/ Sales Rep for Embroidery Business

I’m looking for a motivated cold caller / sales representative to help grow my custom embroidery and apparel business.

We specialize in custom embroidered shirts, polos, hoodies, hats, uniforms, and branded apparel for businesses.

What you’ll be doing

* Calling local businesses and introducing our embroidery/apparel services
* Speaking with business owners, managers, or whoever handles uniforms/apparel
* Identifying businesses that need employee uniforms or branded merchandise
* Explaining our services and pricing
* Following up with interested businesses
* Collecting the correct contact information for the decision-maker
* Setting up qualified leads for me to close
* Keeping track of calls, responses, and follow-ups

* Restaurants
* Cafés & bakeries
* Barbershops & salons
* Construction companies
* Cleaning companies
* Landscaping companies
* Auto shops
* Gyms & fitness studios
* Daycares
* Moving companies
* Security companies
* Other small/local businesses

What I’m looking for

* Previous cold-calling or sales experience preferred
* Excellent English communication skills
* Comfortable making a high volume of calls
* Confident speaking with business owners and managers
* Able to handle rejection without giving up
* Professional and friendly phone presence
* Reliable and organized
* Experience with CRM/spreadsheets is a plus

Compensation

Hourly pay + performance bonuses/commission.

I’m open to discussing the exact structure depending on your experience.

The goal is not simply to make calls. I want qualified leads and actual customers. If you can consistently find businesses interested in purchasing uniforms or custom apparel, there is an opportunity for ongoing work and increased compensation.

You do not need to sell the entire order over the phone. Your primary goal is to get past the gatekeeper, reach the decision-maker, identify potential needs, and generate qualified leads.
