Dog Grooming Business Management App

Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced app developer to help design and develop an MVP for a new business management app specifically for independent dog groomers.
The app will be designed for both mobile dog groomers and fixed-location/salon groomers, with the initial focus on individual groomers.
The long-term vision is to develop the platform into a scalable solution that can also support multi-groomer businesses, salons, teams and potentially multiple locations.
I have direct experience running a dog grooming business and have developed the concept around the real administrative problems faced by independent groomers.
I am looking for a developer who can help turn the concept into a clean, intuitive and commercially viable application.

initial MVP should NOT be unnecessarily complicated, but it needs to be built with future scalability in mind.

Technical Requirements
I am open to recommendations regarding the technology stack.
I am particularly interested in low-code/no-code or hybrid development if it can produce a professional, scalable application.
