I would like the developer to reproduce the supplied design as closely as practical and build a professional, fast and easy-to-use website.
The website must include:

• Professional presentation of all seven pages
• Functional Request a Consultation buttons throughout the website
• Contact/consultation form
• Expandable FAQ section
• Click-to-call telephone links
• Click-to-WhatsApp functionality
• Email links
• SSL/security configuration
• Basic search-engine optimization (SEO)
• Fast page-loading optimization
• Website backup capability
• Basic protection against spam submissions
• Connection of the completed website to doctorline.world.com
• Testing of the complete website before publication

Languages
The website is planned to eventually support:
English – Arabic – French
Please indicate separately in your quotation the cost of developing:
Option A: English website only
Option B: Full multilingual website – English, Arabic and French
The Arabic version must display correctly from right to left (RTL).
We will provide/approve the translated text before publication. Please do not use automatic translation as the final published translation without our approval.
Content Management
I would prefer a website that allows us to make basic future changes ourselves, such as:
• Changing telephone numbers
• Changing email addresses
• Editing text
• Replacing photographs
• Adding or modifying FAQ questions
• Updating services
Please advise which website platform/CMS you recommend and why.
Ownership
Upon completion and final payment, all website files, administrator access, hosting access, source materials and other credentials associated with the website must be provided to us.
The domain doctorline.world.com will remain under our ownership and control.
Please do not register the domain, hosting account or other essential services in the developer's personal name.

Please review the attached seven-page website design and provide:

5. Hosting requirements and annual hosting cost

Please also identify anything shown in the supplied design that you believe requires modification for technical, mobile, security or usability reasons before beginning development.
The attached designs are intended to establish the appearance, structure and content of the website. Any significant changes to the approved design or content should be discussed with us before implementation.
We are looking for a developer who can take the completed concept and turn it into a polished, secure and professional working website.
