Distinctive Brand Symbol for Grizzly Mine

Create a simple, distinctive, text-free brand symbol based on the Grizzly Mine entrance - a mark with enough personality to stand beside the finalized Grizzly Mine wordmark and GM monogram as the third element of the parent-brand identity system.
The challenge is to do a lot with very little. The icon cannot be merely two vertical lines and a horizontal line. It needs an ownable silhouette and character while remaining simple enough to survive at very small sizes.
Structural starting point
• Two hand-hewn vertical timber posts and one essentially straight horizontal crossbeam.
• A taller, functional hard-rock mine opening - not an oversized modern tunnel.
• Straight-on / frontal orientation is preferred so the silhouette is learned consistently.
Where the personality should live
• Subtle asymmetry rather than perfect symmetry.
• Slightly irregular, hand-hewn beam ends and proportions.
• An off-level relationship may be explored, but it should feel believable and practical - never cartoonishly crooked.
• Distinctive proportion, negative space, weight and silhouette should do more work than decorative detail.
Visual construction is open
Do not treat "line drawing" as a requirement. The designer may explore bold silhouette, negative space, heavier line work, solid forms, or a combination, provided the result remains clear in one color and feels compatible with the existing Grizzly Mine identity.
We want at least two genuinely considered initial directions. We value strong thinking over an arbitrary quantity of concepts; additional exploration should be driven by what is learned from the first directions rather than by a quota.
