Digital Key Central Management System Development

Project: Automated Digital Key Inventory & Dropshipping System for G2A, GAMIVO and Driffle

I sell digital products on G2A, GAMIVO and Driffle. I have B2B accounts with multiple wholesale API providers, and I also hold digital keys that I have purchased myself.

I need an experienced developer to build a central management system, similar in purpose to Keysender, that connects my suppliers, my own inventory and these three marketplaces.

The goal is to automatically fulfill marketplace orders using either my own available keys or keys purchased from a connected wholesaler.

Main Requirements:

1. Wholesale API Integrations:
- Connect multiple wholesale supplier accounts through their official APIs.
- Import available products, prices and stock.
- Map supplier products to the correct marketplace listings, including region, platform and denomination.
- Automatically purchase and retrieve keys when needed for an order.
- Support adding more suppliers later.

2. My Own Key Inventory:
- Import and securely store keys I have already purchased.
- Track available, reserved, delivered and failed inventory.
- Allow fulfillment rules such as using my own stock first, then purchasing from a supplier.
- Prevent the same key from being delivered to more than one order.

3. G2A, GAMIVO and Driffle Integrations:
- Connect my seller accounts using each marketplace’s supported integration methods.
- Automatically receive or retrieve orders and deliver purchased keys.
- Synchronize available quantities across all three marketplaces to prevent overselling.
- Update listing prices using configurable pricing and profit rules where supported.
- Confirm what API access or marketplace approval is required before committing to each integration.

4. Automated Fulfillment & Pricing:
- Choose suppliers using configurable priorities, availability and total cost.
- Include marketplace fees and currency conversion in margin calculations.
- Enforce a maximum purchase cost and minimum profit threshold.
- Handle simultaneous orders safely.
- Prevent duplicate supplier purchases or duplicate delivery when requests are retried.
- Reconcile uncertain supplier purchases before attempting another purchase.
- Pause affected listings or alert me when stock, supplier balances or integrations have problems.

5. Central Admin Dashboard:
- Manage supplier connections and marketplace accounts.
- Manage product mappings, my own key inventory and pricing rules.
- View orders, supplier purchases, delivery status, costs and estimated profit.
- Show supplier wallet balances where their APIs support this.
- Provide failure alerts, audit logs and safe manual recovery options.

Existing Application & Scope:
I have an existing application that you should review first. Please assess what can be reused and recommend the technology and architecture. Do not assume the existing application is Laravel.

This project is for selling through my own marketplace accounts. I do not currently need a public B2B reseller API or a prepaid wallet system for external customers.

Delivery Requirements:
1. Source code ownership of the completed work.
2. Deployment on my server with secure handling of API credentials/digital keys.
3. Documentation for managing products/suppliers/integrations included with testing for concurrent orders/duplicate requests/supplier timeouts/stock synchronization/failed deliveries.
4. An agreed period of post-launch bug-fix support included in the proposal scope/milestones provided by developers before confirmation.
