I am building an off-grid camping business and need a single, easy-to-use system that lets me do two things seamlessly: manage every camper’s registration and oversee the creation and upkeep of each new off-grid camp site.
For registrations, the person must let guests sign up online, pay in one smooth flow, and maintain an evolving profile that stores their preferences, past visits, waivers, and emergency contacts. On my side, I want to pull up a camper’s history or issue a refund without digging through spreadsheets. I want to meet them at a specific location and be able to take them to the camp site. As the sites are off grid, I do not own the land, so I want to work with the manager to identify ways to invest in the startup while also working towards investing in land ownership to grow the portfolio
On the site-management side, I need a candidate with an understanding of development that tracks which plots are cleared, which still need solar hookups, what materials are on hand, and when contractors as well as subcontractors are scheduled. There's also sites in which getting there and getting materials there is not that eazy, so navigating the best way to utilize the subcontracted moving companies at a level where there's a lot of progress without giving away covert location of sites. Think of it as a lightweight project manager, who is offgrid but dedicated to these off-grid locations: status updates, photo uploads, inventory counts, and simple Gantt-style timelines are all welcome.
If you have experience with a project managent advance that is competitve within land use developnent and believe you have what it takes to join the team and help the COOP advance, then shoot us a message.
