Digital Billboard Marketplace Development

I’m building Adbill, a web platform that lets a small business buy time on an outdoor digital screen in under five minutes. The core of the site is a two-sided marketplace, so friction-free access for both small-business advertisers and screen owners is vital.

Key flow
• Visitors choose an available screen, upload a static image or video, preview the creative exactly as it will appear, check real-time availability, and receive an instant booking confirmation—no back-and-forth emails.

Account experience
• A single-click sign-up/login process must recognise whether the user is a small-business buyer or a screen owner and route them to the correct workspace.
• Screen owners get their own dashboard to add or edit screens, set pricing, see live and upcoming bookings, and export reports.

Ops & growth tools
• I need a lightweight team-management layer so staff can administer bookings, creatives, and payments with role-based permissions.
• The platform should push all customer and booking data into our CRM through an API so sales and support teams have full context.

Tech expectations
Front-end speed matters: the ad preview and availability check must feel instantaneous. I’m open to React, Vue, or similar modern stacks as long as they deliver that snappy UX. Back-end can be Node, Django, or Laravel—choose what you’re most productive with, provided it supports clean API integrations and scalable real-time queries.

2. Admin & owner dashboards with analytics widgets
3. API or middleware that syncs customers, bookings, and creatives to our CRM
4. Deployment scripts and basic monitoring setup

Acceptance criteria will be a live staging link where I can log in as both user types, complete a booking from start to finish, and verify data hits the CRM.
