Development of Comprehensive Software for Managing Medical Records and Medical Appointments

We are seeking an experienced freelance developer or development team to create Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Appointment Scheduling software. The goal is to implement a responsive web or desktop platform that is intuitive, secure, and efficient for daily use by healthcare professionals. Key functionalities include: Patient Management for registering, editing, and searching personal data, contact information, and medical history; an Electronic Health Record module for uploading medical progress notes, diagnoses, prescriptions, and consultation notes; a Files and Documents module for uploading and storing clinical analyses, studies, and images (PDF, JPG, PNG) directly linked to the patient's record; and an Appointment Scheduling System with an interactive calendar for assigning, canceling, and rescheduling appointments, including automatic reminders to patients via WhatsApp and/or email. Finally, the system must include Roles and Permissions to differentiate access levels (e.g., Administrator/Secretary and Physician). Regarding technical requirements, data security is paramount, so the software must include data encryption and adhere to best privacy practices. Complete delivery of clean, documented source code is required upon project completion, along with an initial support period for bug fixes after launch. We are open to suggestions regarding the technology stack (e.g., React/Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, etc.), prioritizing scalable and secure solutions.
