Developer/Programmer (LATAM only)

This is a remote position.

Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English)We are looking for a talented and motivated Jr Developer/Programmer with a strong IT background to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with GitHub, Java + Spring Framework, and SQL, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Python is a plus but not mandatory.This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their programming skills and contribute to impactful projects while working remotely.

Requirements

Proven experience with GitHub for version control.

Proficiency in Java + Spring Framework (Required).

Moderate knowledge of SQL for database interactions.

IT background or related degree/certifications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English (C1 level required).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Python for scripting purposes.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of other programming languages or tools is a plus.
