Developer Needed for Alibaba Outreach Automation

We're looking for a developer to build a tool that automates outreach to suppliers via Alibaba's chat/messaging interface at scale. We already have one automation tool in place and want a second one built independently (different approach/stack preferred to reduce single-point-of-failure risk).

Requirements
- Experience with browser automation or API-based messaging (Puppeteer/Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
- Experience working around platform rate-limiting / anti-bot detection
- Ability to send templated/personalized messages to a large list of suppliers
- Logging/tracking of message status (sent, read, replied)
- Ideally: experience with Alibaba, other B2B marketplaces, or similar chat-based platforms

Deliverables:
- Working automation tool (script or app) that logs into Alibaba and sends messages to a supplied list of suppliers
- Basic dashboard or log file showing delivery status
- Documentation on setup/usage

Nice to have:
- Experience avoiding account suspension/bans from automated messaging on marketplace platforms
- Proxy/account rotation experience
