I’m looking for a detail-obsessed project manager to own our Monday.com workspace and keep every marketing campaign, content creation effort, event plan, and branding initiative moving smoothly. You’ll translate strategy into clean boards and timelines, chase down tasks before they slip, and make sure the entire team always knows what’s next.
Day to day you’ll:
• Build and refine Monday.com boards with clear owners, dependencies, and milestone dates
• Monitor progress, flag risks early, and adjust schedules without derailing scope
• Keep all creative files and briefs in the right folders so nothing goes missing
• Issue concise status updates and next-step summaries that cut through the noise
To thrive here you’ll need proven Monday.com mastery, sharp problem-solving skills, methodical project-planning instincts, logical thinking, and a proactive, resourceful attitude. Strong written and verbal communication is non-negotiable; you’ll be nudging designers, copywriters, vendors. And clients daily and must do it with clarity and tact.
If you can turn chaos into an orderly, on-time delivery machine, let’s talk.
