Developer for Shopify Product Ordering Functionality

We are a UK workwear and uniform supplier currently building a new Shopify website with a large catalogue of clothing products.
The site is a work in progress, using the Warehouse theme with PageFly for page design. We are looking for an experienced Shopify developer to help us develop the ordering functionality for our standard product pages.
A typical garment has two variants: Colour and Size.
We need customers to be able to:
• Select a colour/s.
• Enter quantities against multiple sizes of the colour.
• Combine those quantities for quantity-break pricing.
• Apply percentage discounts at defined quantity levels, for example 12+, 24+, 48+ and 96+.
• Clearly see the applicable discounted pricing before adding to cart.
• Optionally add garment branding such as embroidery or print.
• Select branding positions.
• Upload logo/artwork files.
• Add the complete configured order correctly to the Shopify cart.
We are currently testing Globo Product Options for branding selections and logo uploads, and have also been testing third-party solutions for quantity pricing.
We are not looking to have everything built from scratch if suitable Shopify apps can provide the core functionality. We would prefer a developer who can assess what we are building, recommend the best combination of Shopify functionality, apps and custom development, and implement the parts that require development.
The solution needs to be reusable across a large product catalogue, rather than requiring individual custom development for every product.
We are not looking for a complete Shopify website build or a new theme. The wider website is already being developed by us. This project is specifically for the product ordering, quantity pricing and branding functionality.
Please include examples of previous Shopify work involving product variants, quantity/volume pricing, product options, app integration or custom product forms.
We would initially like to discuss the proposed approach and receive an estimated cost before proceeding.
