Detailed Residential Site Survey

I need a diligent surveyor who can travel to several single-family homes, take precise measurements inside and out, and translate that data into complete architectural documentation. Your on-site work will include capturing room-by-room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window positions, overall footprints, roof heights, and any notable exterior features. Back at your desk, I expect clean, to-scale files that show:

• Existing floor plans
• External elevations on all sides
• At least one longitudinal and one cross section

Please supply the drawings in both PDF for quick viewing and DWG (or a compatible CAD format) so my design team can layer new work on top. Accuracy is critical; I base permit sets directly on these surveys, so dimensions must be field-verified and consistent.
