Desktop Wage Calculator With PDF Sharing

I run a knitted-garment unit in Tirupur and I want a straightforward desktop application that lets me enter production data each week, have it instantly calculate the corresponding wages for every operation we perform, and then keep those records safely for an entire 53-week cycle.

Core workflow
• I select an operation—Cutting, Powertable, Singer, Ironing & Packing, Housekeeping, Helper, Checking, Kaja buttoning or Fusing—type in the pieces produced , and the app shows the wage for that contractor right away.
• Once I confirm, the week’s data is written to a rolling database so I can pull any figure or summary for up to weekly status( 12months)
• With one click I generate a neat PDF “payment slip” (screenshot style) and send it directly to the contractors mobile number.

Key expectations
• Runs as a lightweight Windows desktop program; no internet dependency except when I choose to share the PDF.
• Intuitive interface—ideally a single screen for entry and a tab for reports/backup.
• Automated weekly backup in a simple, non-proprietary format so I can restore or move the data easily.
• The PDF must mirror what the operator would normally see on paper, including operation name, pieces, rate, gross wage and the week number.
• A quick send option that opens my default messaging/WhatsApp client with the PDF attached to the operator’s saved number.

Deliverables
1. Executable installer and all supporting files
2. Source code with brief build instructions
3. A sample data file populated with one dummy week for reference
4. User guide (5-10 pages max) covering entry, backup/restore and PDF sharing
