I’m looking to get two mild-steel, powder-coated containers engineered for day-to-day use on our manufacturing line.
Container 1
• Overall size: 1030 × 1250 × 1160 mm
• Rated load: 1 000 ton
• Includes a fully removable cage for quick access and cleaning
Container 2
• Overall size: 1170 × 1200 × 150 mm
• Rated load: 1 000 ton
• Low-profile, open-top tray style
Both units must stack safely—loaded or empty—so the design has to integrate interlocking feet or a similar stabilising feature without adding excessive weight or complexity.
What I need from you
1. 3D CAD models (STEP or SolidWorks preferred)
2. Fabrication-ready 2D drawings with weld symbols, material specs, and coating notes
3. Basic structural calculations or FEA screenshots proving the 1 000-ton capacity
4. Bill of materials with finish and hardware details
Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions and load ratings met exactly as listed above
• Stackability verified through modelling or calculations
• Drawings delivered in PDF and native CAD formats, ready for workshop use
• Components specified in mild steel (MS) with clear powder-coat colour and thickness call-outs
If you have prior experience designing heavy-duty, stackable manufacturing containers, I’d like to see a quick sample from your portfolio when you reply.
