B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – U.S. Immigration Law Firms

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to help acquire clients among U.S. immigration law firms.

We provide immigration paralegal and case-support services to U.S. immigration attorneys.

The role will involve:

Researching and identifying suitable U.S. immigration law firms
Finding managing partners, firm owners and relevant decision-makers
Building targeted prospect lists
Conducting cold email outreach
Conducting LinkedIn outreach
Managing follow-ups
Qualifying interested prospects
Booking meetings with interested law firms
Tracking outreach, responses and meetings
Improving messaging based on campaign results

The process should be:

Targeted Firms → Decision-Makers → Outreach → Follow-Up → Qualified Conversations → Meetings

We are looking for someone who can focus on quality prospects and qualified conversations, rather than simply generating large lists of contacts.

Experience with the U.S. market, legal services, professional services, outsourcing or B2B services is preferred.

We would initially like to work with the selected freelancer on a 30-day test, with the possibility of extending this into a 90-day pilot and long-term engagement based on performance.
