The work is in Orange County, California

I need a licensed electrical engineer to prepare a full design package that upgrades the incoming power service for my medium-sized commercial building (roughly 10,000–50,000 sq ft). The existing supply is no longer sufficient for our current and planned tenants, so I want a code-compliant, future-proof solution that the local utility will approve without delays.

Here is what I expect:

• Site visit or detailed remote review of the present switchgear and load schedule.
• Load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and protective device coordination in line with the latest NEC and local amendments.
• Drawings and single-line diagrams in AutoCAD or Revit showing new service entrance, main switchboard, feeders, grounding, panel schedules, and any required transformer upgrades.
• A concise scope-of-work document I can forward to the utility and my GC, including conduit sizes, conductor specs, and equipment cut-sheets.
• Support through permit submission and one round of revisions should the AHJ request changes.

Please let me know your timeline, any similar projects you have completed, and the software you prefer for calculations and drafting.
