Hi, I’m looking for a freelancer to provide a quotation for developing a basic MVP prototype for my new platform:

**DENOM — Design Nomads**

DENOM is a platform created by my architecture and design studio. The concept is to connect property owners with designers and commission-based representatives who can work on design projects in different locations around the world.

At this stage, I only need a **simple, low-cost web prototype** to validate the concept. I do not need a complete Uber-style app yet.

### MVP Features

**1. Three user types**

* Client / Property Owner
* Design Nomad / Commission-based Representative
* Admin / Designer

**2. Client questionnaire**
The client can enter:

* Property type
* Location
* Approximate size
* Favorite colors
* Preferred design style
* Project objective
* Budget
* Preferred visit date
* Photos of the property

**3. Project request**
The client submits the project and requests a visit.

For the first version, I can manually assign the closest or available representative.

**4. Design Nomad profile**

* Name
* Location
* Specialty
* Availability
* Contact information

**5. Service packages**

* 1 visit — FREE
* 3 visits — $1,500 MXN
* 6 visits — $2,000 MXN

Payment can initially be handled through a simple payment link or WhatsApp if necessary.

**6. Basic AI integration**
I would like to connect an existing AI API so the client's answers and photos can generate an initial design concept based on my design style, keywords and portfolio.

I do NOT need a custom AI model trained from scratch.

**7. Admin area**
I need to be able to see:

* Clients
* Properties/projects
* Visit requests
* Design Nomads
* Project status
* Assigned representative

### NOT required for this MVP

* Native iOS/Android app
* Real-time Uber-style GPS tracking
* Internal chat
* Automatic commission calculations
* Complex matching algorithms
* Advanced payment system
* Custom AI training

I am open to **Bubble, Wix, Softr, Glide or another low-code/no-code solution** if it makes the project faster and more affordable.

### Budget

My current maximum budget for the prototype is **$250 USD**.

2. Recommended platform/technology
3. Estimated delivery time
4. What features are included
5. What features would need to be added later
6. Examples of similar MVPs you have developed

My priority is a **clean, modern and functional prototype**, not a complex final product.
