Delta PLC Automation Programming Needed

I need a concise, production-ready program written in WPLSoft for a Delta DVP-series PLC. The sole objective is to automate a manufacturing process that is currently handled manually, so the logic must cover all machine sequences, safety interlocks, start/stop routines, and alarm handling.

You will receive a full I/O list, basic wiring diagram, and the intended sequence of operations the moment we start. Your task is to translate that sequence into ladder logic (or sequential function chart if you prefer) inside WPLSoft, simulate it to prove the timing, and then provide the downloadable .DVP project along with a brief commissioning guide so my on-site technician can load, test, and fine-tune it.

Key expectations
