Selenium Web Authentication Tests

I need a reliable, maintainable Selenium test suite that focuses exclusively on the user-authentication flow of my web application. The goal is to automate everything a real user would do when logging in or signing up so that each new build immediately tells me whether the account system is still working.

The work involves designing, coding, and documenting Selenium WebDriver scripts that cover:
• successful login with valid credentials
• rejection of invalid or locked accounts
• sign-up or first-time registration paths
• password-reset, logout, and session-timeout behaviours

For every script, please provide clear setup notes so I can run the suite locally and plug it into my existing CI pipeline afterward. The code should follow good page-object patterns, include sensible waits instead of brittle sleeps, and produce concise pass/fail reports.

Acceptance criteria
• All listed scenarios execute in one command and finish without manual intervention.
• Tests fail only on genuine defects, not on timing issues.
• Running instructions work on a clean machine with just the usual Selenium prerequisites installed.
