Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer or small development team to build an MVP for a local delivery marketplace.

The concept is to connect local shops, customers, and delivery partners through one platform. We will initially launch in one district and expand gradually based on the MVP results.

* Online payment / Cash on Delivery

2. Shop/Partner App

* Shop registration and profile
* Add/edit products and prices
* Manage inventory/availability
* Receive and accept/reject orders
* Update order status
* View order history
* Basic sales/order dashboard

3. Delivery Partner App

* Delivery partner registration/login
* View assigned orders
* Accept delivery
* Customer/shop location
* Update delivery status
* Delivery history
* Basic earnings information

4. Admin Panel

* Manage customers
* Manage shops
* Manage delivery partners
* Manage products/categories
* Manage orders
* Assign/manage deliveries
* View basic reports
* Manage commissions/platform charges

Preferred Technology

I am open to your recommendations, but preferably:

* Flutter or React Native for mobile apps
* Node.js / Java Spring Boot for backend
* PostgreSQL/MySQL database
* Firebase for notifications
* Cloud deployment such as AWS

Important Requirements

I am looking for someone who can handle the complete MVP development, including UI/UX, backend, APIs, database, testing and deployment.

The application should be:

* Scalable
* Secure
* Cleanly coded
* Easy to maintain
* Designed so additional features can be added later
