Deliver Medium Packages Worldwide

I ship regular, shoe-box–sized packages to customers around the globe and need a dependable partner to get each parcel from my door to theirs. Every shipment is a general merchandise item—nothing fragile or document-sensitive—so standard handling procedures apply, but I still expect careful treatment and accurate tracking.

Scope
• Collect parcels from my location (or accept drop-offs) two to three times per week.
• Prepare all international labels and customs forms, ensuring HS codes and declared values are accurate.
• Dispatch through the most efficient lanes so transit averages 7 – 10 days worldwide.
• Provide real-time tracking numbers immediately after pick-up and confirm delivery with a signed POD.
• Proactively resolve any customs holds or address issues, updating me within 24 hours.

Deliverables
1. Tracking spreadsheet (CSV or Google Sheets) with status, dates, and links.
2. Digital copies of all waybills and customs paperwork.
3. Weekly performance summary outlining total parcels moved, average transit time, and any exceptions.

Acceptance Criteria
• 99 % of shipments scanned by carrier within 12 hours of pick-up.
• On-time delivery rate of 95 % or better.
• Clear, documented resolution for any parcel delayed beyond 15 days.

Experience with global courier networks, postal consolidators, or freight forwarders and familiarity with tools like FedEx Ship Manager, DHL Express, or EasyPost API will be highly valued.
