I have an existing spreadsheet that’s starting to get unwieldy, and I need it brought under control. All the information is already entered; what’s missing is a clear, reliable way to view it by category.

Here’s what I’d like done:
• Clean up any obvious formatting issues so the sheet looks consistent.
• Create simple, reusable filters that let me isolate each category instantly.
• Sort the entire data set so every row falls into its proper category grouping (A-to-Z within each group is fine).
• Flag duplicates or blank fields that could cause reporting errors.
• Hand back the file in both Excel and Google Sheets formats so I can work in whichever tool I’m using that day.

I’ll provide the raw spreadsheet as soon as we start, along with a short legend explaining what each column means. Accuracy is more important to me than speed, but I’d like the first cleaned draft within a couple of days so I can review and request any small tweaks.

If you’re comfortable with Excel functions, Google Sheets filters, and tidy data practices, this should be a straightforward project. I look forward to seeing the data finally make sense at a glance.
