Remote Job Application Specialist (Part-Time)

We’re expanding our international recruitment team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Job Application Specialists.

This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours and performance-based earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Search for relevant IT job opportunities based on clients’ skills, experience, and career goals
• Submit targeted job applications through LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, and other job boards
• Ensure applications are relevant and aligned with the client’s target role
• Track applications and maintain accurate records
• Monitor application progress
• Consistently meet daily application targets while maintaining quality

Compensation

• $0.10 USD per completed job application
• Minimum: 60 applications per day
• $2 USD bonus for every successfully scheduled interview
• Additional performance-based earning opportunities
• No cap on performance earnings

Must-Have Requirements

Please apply only if you meet all of the following requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bidder/Bidding Specialist is required
• At least a couple of months of relevant professional experience is required
• Must be available to work according to the EST (Eastern Standard Time) zone
• Must be able to consistently complete a minimum of 60 applications per day while maintaining application quality
• Must have strong attention to detail and consistency
• Must have good English written communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to handle confidential client information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality
• Must be trustworthy and understand the importance of protecting clients’ personal, professional, and job-search information
• Must be comfortable working independently in a remote environment
