Database to Excel Data Entry

I have a live database that holds mixed data—text fields blended with numeric values—and I need every record copied accurately into an Excel spreadsheet. I will share a clean template that already includes the proper column headers and basic data-validation rules; your job is to populate it row by row, preserving the original field order and data types.

The source tables can be exported in whatever format you prefer (SQL dump, CSV extract, or direct read-only connection). Feel free to use Access, Power Query, VBA, or any other productivity tools that speed up the transfer, as long as the final deliverable remains a single Excel workbook.

Deliverables
• Fully populated Excel file that mirrors all records from the database
• Basic spot-check report (any anomalies, empty fields, or datatype mismatches you run into)

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of records transferred; random 5 % cross-check shows zero discrepancies
• No formula errors or broken validations in the final sheet
• Completion within the agreed timeframe and with clear documentation of the import process
