I have a set of online databases from which I need mixed text and numerical fields copied over into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. Your job is straightforward: log in to the specified databases, capture each required field exactly as it appears, and paste it into the template I will provide. Accuracy is critical—spellings, numbers, and punctuation must match the source, and every record must line up with the correct column.

You may use any reliable data-capture method you prefer—manual copy-paste, web scraping tools, or a hybrid approach—so long as the final sheet is complete and error-free. Once finished, export the file to both Excel and CSV formats and give me a quick summary of any anomalies you spotted while working.

I will supply:
