I need reliable, full-time help that merges three ongoing activities into one seamless workflow:

1. Profile Creation
• Set up and optimise new company or product profiles on the most relevant platforms as they arise.
• Ensure each profile is complete, on-brand, and interconnected to drive traffic back to our main site.

2. Data Entry
• Capture and maintain accurate records for every profile, contact, and asset we manage.
• Keep spreadsheets and our cloud database tidy, deduplicated, and immediately usable for outreach or reporting.

3. Data Research
• Source fresh, high-quality opportunities—new directories, niche communities, or partner lists—that match our market.
• Verify each lead before passing it to me so we pursue only prospects with real potential.

Acceptance criteria
• Every profile created must be live, fully populated, and documented in the tracking sheet.
• Data sets must reach 100 % accuracy when spot-checked.
• Weekly research lists must contain at least 30 vetted new opportunities.

I already have templates, brand assets, and step-by-step SOPs ready; you just have to execute them consistently and improve the process as you spot gaps. If you prefer Google Workspace, Excel, Airtable, or a similar stack, that works for me—as long as the data stays clean and exportable. Continuous communication is vital, so please be comfortable with quick status updates and screen-share walkthroughs when needed.
