Data Entry: PDF & Paper Conversion

I need every piece of information contained in a set of paper and PDF documents transcribed into a spreadsheet while preserving my current column structure. The final file must look and behave exactly like the master workbook I will share—same sheet names, column order, and data-validation rules—so the data can be dropped straight into our workflow without reformatting.

Your task in detail
• Open each document, capture every field you see (names, dates, amounts, reference numbers, notes—literally all visible data) and key it into the matching cells.
• Clean and standardise entries as you type: consistent date formats, proper-case names, trimmed spaces, no stray characters.
• Validate as you go so numbers follow the workbook’s existing constraints and any discrepancies are flagged for me to review.
• Keep everything strictly confidential; these files contain private contact details.

Deliverables
1. A fully populated Excel/Google Sheets file that mirrors my template layout.
2. A short change-log noting any fields that were illegible or needed clarification.

I’ll do a quick spot-check on receipt; if I find anything that needs adjustment, please be ready to turn the corrections around promptly.
