- Payment Posting and ERA Processing
- Coordination of Benefits (COB) Verification
- Patient insurance information review and data entry
- EHR/EMR support using eClinicalWorks, SmartEMR, and Tebra
- Medical billing administrative support and accurate record maintenance

I have hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management and focus on accuracy, confidentiality, timely delivery, and professional communication.
