Data Entry From Scanned Documents

Several folders of scanned documents and images need to be converted into clean, editable digital files. I will supply all source material in image or PDF form; your role is to extract the information accurately, enter it into the appropriate fields, and recreate the original layout where required.

Accuracy and consistency matter more to me than speed, but each batch does need to be returned by the agreed-upon deadline. Typical tasks may include transcribing text into Excel or Google Sheets, re-typing pages in Microsoft Word, or lightly formatting the content so it matches the original as closely as possible. I value clear communication, honesty about progress, and meticulous attention to detail.

Deliverables
• Fully typed or tabulated files that match the scanned originals
• Proof-checked data with no missing entries or typographical errors
• Final documents returned in the requested format (Excel, CSV, or Word)
