I am looking for a sharp-eyed specialist to jump in for a 6–8 week remote project to put our data house in order.

Your main focus will be correcting metadata errors that have crept into our catalogue—everything from misspelled fields to mislabeled release dates. Once the core records are clean, you’ll conduct a full duplicate audit across our internal database, our main content management system (CMS), and the external distribution channels that surface our titles to partners.

The final phase will focus on YouTube asset records: you’ll standardize identifier formats so every video aligns seamlessly with our master IDs and analytics tools. Clear internal guidelines and structured spreadsheets are already set up and ready to go; you will simply apply them with precision and consistency.

Key Deliverables
Metadata Remediation: A clean, error-free metadata file returned in the provided schema.

Duplicate & Channel Audit: A comprehensive duplicate report detailing actions taken and resolution notes across all audited platforms.

YouTube Asset Standardization: An updated YouTube identifier sheet confirming standardized formats across all assets.

Location & Timeline
Duration: 6–8 weeks

Location: Remote (Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne for aligned timezone collaboration)

Start Date: Immediate / This week

If you have sharp attention to detail, communicate progress clearly, and can wrap this project efficiently once acceptance criteria are met, I'd love to hear from you. Let’s get rolling!
