Daily Tally 7.2 Online Invoicing

I need every day’s online orders turned into clean, compliant sales bills inside my existing Tally 7.2 setup. All transactions come from our e-commerce platform; I simply want them entered, checked and posted in Tally before the next business day begins, so my books stay current and I can download accurate GST-ready reports whenever required.

Here is what matters to me:
• You must be fully comfortable working within the older Tally 7.2 environment—no upgrading to Prime or ERP 9 on my system.
• Speed and accuracy are equally important: each day’s batch should be reflected in Tally with the correct item descriptions, quantities, pricing and tax breakup.
• I will supply the raw order export (CSV or Excel) along with any SKU-to-ledger mapping you need; you return the updated Tally data file or remote-desktop in and post the vouchers yourself, whichever is smoother for you.
• Please outline your approach for handling returns or partial payments so that mismatches never creep into my books.

Deliverables
1. Daily voucher entries for every online sale, fully reconciled.
2. A short weekly summary showing total sales, tax collected and any discrepancies spotted.
3. Clear hand-off instructions so I can generate my own sales register and GST reports without further tweaks.

If you already use import tools or have scripts that speed up data entry in Tally 7.2, let me know; I am open to adopting them as long as they remain compatible with my version.
