URGENT BUT WELL-PREPARED PROJECT – 3 RETRACTABLE BANNERS FOR MR. OLYMPIA

We are exhibiting at the Mr. Olympia Expo in Las Vegas next week and unfortunately our designer has had to drop out at the final stage of the project.

We are looking for a strong, experienced graphic designer who understands large-format print production to take three existing, approved banner concepts and professionally rebuild/refine them into final print-ready files for our printer.

This is NOT three designs starting from scratch.

We already have:

The approved AI/concept versions of all three banners
The original product photographs
Logos and branding assets
Model/reference photographs where applicable
All wording/copy
The general layouts, positioning and creative direction already established
Clear instructions regarding what should remain the same and what needs to be improved

The main job is to take what we already have and turn the concepts into **clean, professional, realistic, high-resolution production artwork**.

THE THREE BANNERS

1. PRO360 / Total Balance Company Competition Banner

Promoting our PRO360 balance competition at Mr. Olympia.

The concept is already developed. We have the original photographs of the athletes, equipment, board, logos and visual references. It is especially important that the people look like the real supplied photographs rather than AI-generated faces.

2. Born SuperHuman Health Drink Banner

Promoting our Born SuperHuman daily gut/brain health drink.

The overall design, product image, branding and copy are already established. This needs professional refinement and preparation for large-format printing.

3. Nutriments Product Banner

A product display featuring approximately 11 Nutriments products.

Again, we have the product assets and an existing concept/layout. The job is primarily professional rebuilding, alignment, sizing, image quality and print preparation rather than inventing a new design.
FINAL SIZE / PRINT REQUIREMENTS

Each banner is approximately:

33" wide × 80" high retractable banner - 300DPI

The printer requires properly prepared, print-ready artwork.

The successful designer should be comfortable with:

Large-format print design
Correct document dimensions
Bleed and safe areas
High-resolution imagery
300 DPI where appropriate / according to printer requirements
CMYK print preparation where required
Proper font handling
Correct logo reproduction
Maintaining realistic photography
Creating a clean final PDF suitable for commercial printing
Supplying the editable source files as well as final PDFs

We will provide the printer's exact artwork template/specifications so there is no guessing regarding bleed, bottom roll-up allowance or safe zones.

DEADLINE

We need the FINAL APPROVED PRINT-READY FILES BY:

September 18th Friday – 8:00 AM Pacific Time (PST/PDT)

This is an urgent turnaround, but because the concepts, copy, photographs and overall designs already exist, we believe this is very achievable for an experienced designer.

We will also be available to respond quickly to questions and review drafts so the project can move efficiently.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We would love to work with someone who:

Has genuine professional graphic-design experience
Has prepared retractable banners, trade-show graphics or other large-format print artwork before
Has excellent Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign skills
Understands the difference between an attractive screen image and artwork that will actually print professionally at 33" × 80" with a 300DPI
Can recreate/refine an AI concept using the real supplied assets
Pays close attention to faces, products, proportions, logos, spelling and fine details
Can follow an approved design rather than unnecessarily redesigning everything
Communicates clearly and works quickly
Takes pride in producing something that will look exceptional at a major international event

This is for Mr. Olympia, so these banners will be seen by thousands of attendees and photographed extensively. We care about the quality of the final result and would genuinely appreciate a talented designer helping us get these across the finish line.

IMPORTANT WHEN APPLYING

Please include:

1. Examples of trade-show banners, retractable banners or large-format print work you have completed.
2. Confirmation that you understand this is primarily a professional rebuild/refinement of existing approved concepts, not three designs from zero.
3. Confirmation that you can meet the Friday 8:00 AM Pacific Time deadline.
4. Confirmation that you can provide both print-ready PDFs and editable source files.
5. Your fixed-price bid for completing all three banners.

Please do not send a generic application. A short message explaining your large-format print experience and confirming the deadline is much more valuable to us.

Target fixed budget: $250–$400 USD for all three banners, depending on experience and portfolio.

Because the concepts, copy and assets are already supplied, this should be considerably faster than creating three completely new campaigns from scratch.

We are not simply looking for the lowest bid. We are looking for someone who can accurately execute the existing vision, make it look genuinely professional and deliver files that our printer can use immediately.
