Daily Sent-Email Analytics Automation

I need a Microsoft Power Automate flow that, every morning, pulls the previous day’s messages from my Outlook “Sent” folder, passes them through Copilot for Microsoft 365 to tag each mail by the keywords I supply, totals the time I spent on each category, and then emails me a concise summary.

The categories are fully custom; at launch I will provide the initial list—things like Financial Management & Invoicing, Project & Contract Management, and Client Communication, and Business Development—but I want the flow built so I can add or rename keywords later without rewriting the whole automation.

Key points you’ll handle
• Trigger: 6 a.m. daily (UTC-5)
• Data source: My Outlook mailbox (Microsoft 365)
• Processing: Copilot / GPT action inside Power Automate to detect keyword categories and calculate the total minutes spent per message (based on the “Sent” time difference between consecutive mails).
• Output: Well-formatted HTML email sent to me with category totals, percentage breakdown, and a link to the raw Excel/CSV the flow stores in OneDrive for audit.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can supply a new keyword list in an Excel or JSON file, upload it to the referenced OneDrive location, and the next run uses it automatically.
2. If no messages match a category that line is omitted to keep the email clean.
3. The flow runs under my tenant-level connectors only—no premium third-party services.
4. Error handling: if Copilot times out, the flow retries once and then notifies me in the same summary mail.

Provide the .zip export of the completed flow, a short screen-share walkthrough, and a one-pager explaining where I can tweak category logic and schedule times.
