My team records stock levels at the end of every shift, and I want that process to flow flawlessly from Connecteam into a single master file. Here’s the workflow I need built:
• A daily inventory form inside Connecteam capturing at minimum item name, quantity, date, location and the staff member submitting.
• An automated transfer of each submission straight into a master Google Sheet (or Excel in OneDrive—whichever integration you prefer) with no manual exports. Zapier, Make, native Connecteam webhooks or Apps Script are all acceptable; stability is more important than the specific tool.
• In the master sheet, formulas and conditional formatting that compare the reported quantity against a fixed par-level column and instantly flag anything that drops below par—colour coding, separate “Below Par” view, or a simple alert, whichever you recommend.
• Clear instructions or short Loom walkthrough so I can add new items or adjust par levels later without touching the automation.
Whether the sync runs in near real-time or on a short schedule is fine as long as the data is reliable and the flagging happens the same day. If you have built something similar—especially Connecteam-to-Sheets flows or inventory dashboards—please include a brief note or link so I can see it in action.
