Daily Order Status Data Entry

Every morning I receive a batch of emails that contain order details. From each message I only need the current order status extracted and logged into my custom database through its web dashboard. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed, but the updates must be completed on the same day the emails arrive so our logistics team always sees the latest status.

You will connect to the mailbox I provide, read the new messages, copy the order status exactly as written, and submit it into the correct record in the database. I will give you clear field-by-field instructions plus video walkthroughs of the interface; it is straightforward once you see it in action.

At the end of each shift, a quick confirmation note summarising how many orders were processed is all I need. If anything looks unclear in an email, you flag it for me instead of guessing. Reliability and close attention to detail are the key qualities I’m after, and because this is ongoing work, I’m looking to establish a smooth daily routine together.
