Daily Lighting BOQ & Quotation Drafting

I need a detail-oriented AutoCAD draftsman or interior designer who can open the residential and comercial lighting plans I already have—supplied every morning in both PDF and .dwg files—extract all lighting fixture counts, match each item with the corresponding model from our catalogue, and return a clean Bill of Quantities together with a ready-to-send quotation before the end of the day.

The workflow is simple yet time-critical: you review the drawing, tally every luminaire, cross-reference the schedule with our product list, and lay everything out in an editable spreadsheet. I rely on your precision inside AutoCAD as well as your speed with PDF take-off tools to make sure no fitting is missed.

Deliverables each day
• An Excel (or Google Sheets) BOQ with item codes, descriptions, quantities and unit prices
• A separate quotation document generated from that BOQ, formatted for client issue
• The marked-up drawing (PDF or DWG) showing counted fixtures for verification

Accuracy and same-day turnaround are the key acceptance criteria. If you are comfortable zooming through residential layouts, understand lighting symbols, and can keep the numbers spotless, I would like to start right away and roll new plans to you daily.
