Daily Actimize AML Task Support

I work hands-on with the Actimize Anti-Money Laundering module every day and need a knowledgeable Actimize professional I can rely on for ongoing task assistance. Each business day I face a steady flow of operational questions—everything from navigating alert queues and tweaking thresholds to confirming that overnight batches and watch-list updates ran as expected. When something behaves unexpectedly I want to be able to share my screen, walk through the issue in real time, and have you guide me to the right fix or best-practice approach rather than losing valuable hours experimenting on my own.

Your role is strictly practical, not project-based: log in alongside me during an agreed-upon window, answer “how do I…?” questions, demonstrate the quickest way to complete a task, and help verify that the results match AML compliance standards. Clear explanations are essential because I document each step for internal audit purposes.

Ideal background
• Solid day-to-day experience with Actimize AML production environments
• Comfort with alert investigation workflows, parameter/threshold adjustments, and routine monitoring tasks
• Ability to explain actions succinctly while we work so I can record procedures

Availability & cadence
We will connect for roughly one hour every business day (time is flexible within GMT-5 to GMT-7). If an urgent issue arises outside that slot and you are free, occasional ad-hoc messages would be appreciated.

Deliverable
A smoothly executed daily session in which my immediate Actimize AML tasks are completed correctly and any emerging issues are resolved or clearly documented with next steps.
