Cafeteria F&B Steward

Our on-site cafeteria needs an experienced F&B Steward who can jump straight into front-of-house duties and keep our service line moving smoothly. The role centers on customer interaction from the moment a guest steps up to the counter until they leave satisfied.

Please be ready to:
• Take orders quickly and accurately through our POS
• Serve hot and cold food as well as beverages with a professional, friendly attitude
• Handle complaints on the spot, finding practical solutions that protect both guest experience and operational flow

A solid background in cafeteria, café, or similar high-turnover food-service environments is essential. Familiarity with basic food-safety standards, portion control, and cash/credit handling will make you successful here. Clear English communication, a calm approach during peak periods, and a genuine smile are must-haves.

I measure success through order accuracy, average service time, and guest feedback scores. If you can consistently deliver on those metrics, let’s talk and set up a trial shift.
