CYPECAD Analysis for Commercial Building

I need a licensed structural engineer who works comfortably in CYPECAD to take my low-rise commercial building (1–5 floors) from concept to fully checked, code-compliant design.

Scope
You will build the complete CYPECAD model, run all necessary static and dynamic checks, optimise the member sizes, and verify compliance with the governing codes for gravity and lateral loads. Once the model is locked, translate the results into clear construction drawings and a calculation report that another engineer can independently review without back-and-forth.

Deliverables
• CYPECAD project file with all libraries and load cases
• PDF set of structural plans (foundation, framing, reinforcement, sections, schedules) ready for permit submission
• Sealed calculation report covering load assumptions, analysis output, sizing, and safety factors
• Short methodology note summarising standards followed and any design iterations

Acceptance Criteria
• Model opens error-free in the current CYPECAD release
• Deflections, drifts, and utilisation ratios meet the selected code limits
• Drawings match the model and include complete dimensions, tags, and notes
• Report references every code clause used and matches drawing callouts
